Yes you are able to leave your car with us but we do not accept liability for any loss or damage.

No unfortunately you can’t take the vehicle to Europe, only the UK and N.Ireland.

A minimum of one weeks hire in peak times, (1st July to 31st August) a minimum of 4 days at all other times. We hire from a Saturday to Friday night during peak times. For pricing click here.

Both parts of driving license, two other forms of identification e.g. current bank statement, utility bill, council tax etc. Less than 3 months old.

The handover process will ensure that the hirer understands their responsibilities and know how to use the controls, appliances and features of the van. This will take approximately 30 minutes.

Your hire includes breakdown cover full details will be in the vehicle. In the unlikely event that the problem cannot be rectified at the roadside, we will supply a replacement vehicle (subject to availability and location).

Anyone can drive the campervan providing they have a full driving license, fill out a self-drive hire proposal, and are aged between 25 and 72.

All our campervans have 12v and 240 v sockets, three-stage leisure battery, 240v hook up, and 100-watt solar panel. All our campervans have built-in gas supply full at time of hire, you will also have a 27-litre fresh water tank.

You will be supplied with a membership pack to the Camping and Caravanning Club entitling you to discount on pitches and other benefits (returnable at the end of hire).

No smoking is not permitted in the vehicle (thank you!).

We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express.

We require a £200.00 deposit when you book online – This is non-refundable if you cancel your booking or fail to turn up on the day of hire.

No, we recommend you take out additional holiday/travel insurance i.e. from your local post office.

There’s Bournemouth train station or Ringwood Coach stop. We are happy to pick you up!

Pets are allowed in the earner vans by prior arrangement, but we will need to know the size and breed of the pet and how many. Should we find that the hire vehicle has had animals in it then there will be £100.00 charge. If you’d like to take pets, please contact us prior to booking. Thank you!
